Batiti Ground Inc. had it s first outreach last December 3, 2016 in Ajuy, Iloilo, Philippines. Batiti partnered with Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative to promote empowerment of indigenous people youth in Panay IsLand.

YoUnified All-In (or INclusive) Panay Island” wishes to promote empowerment of young leaders coming from indigenous people’s groups in Panay Island, Philippines. This event is funded by US Department of State – Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) through a cooperative agreement with World Learning and was granted to Saving Innocent Lives Amidst War (SILAW) Inc. through its founder, myself, Jarrah S. Brillantes. This event gathered 150 youth from 10 indigenous groups in the island. The IP groups are as follows:

– Boracay Ati Tribal Organization of Boracay, Malay, Aklan
– Malay Highlanders Foundation Cooperative
– Dumarao Suludnon Tribe
– Lambunao Sulodnon Tribe
– Jamindan Sulodnon Tribe
– Antique Sibalom Tribe (SISA)
– Sitio Kati Kati Jordan
– San Rafael Aeta Group
– Lumboy Aeta Tribe

The event in the municipality of Ajuy was warmly accommodated by the local government unit through the office of SB Carol-V Espinosa.
